Caradie James Hypnotherapy & Counselling

I have for several years been alcohol dependent, drinking every evening. I booked appointments with Caradie following a referral from a friend. I must say I found Caradie to be very professional with a lovely calming demeanour. After each session the level of deep relaxation is amazing, which gives me a real feel good lift and inner peace. I would highly recommend Caradie. By the way I still enjoy a social event and have the odd alcoholic drink. Caradie has given me that balance back in my life which I am absolutely thrilled with. Caradie James is a hypnotist of the highest standards. After a hypnosis appointment yesterday, I was at complete peace with myself. I have a number of neurological disorders, better than any pill a Doctor could dole out. She also had me laughing in stitches.A Reiki master also, a great listener too. It didnt take long to know, to feel, that I had found the person that would support me in my healing and rebuilding process. When your head is full of such chaos, to sit in a space with someone so calm that simply gets you, is just the most comforting thing. The way she knew in every session exactly what I needed from it (without a doubt better than I knew) will forever blow my mind; whether delving deep into past experiences, calming and/or explorative hypnotherapy, exploring and educating my spirituality or simply having a bloody good rant! The pleasure I got from our sessions came not only from the healing and teachings provided but also the way she made the rebuilding come from within.

I went to Caradie over a year ago because of a needle phobia. Shes changed my life. Since going not only has my needle phobia gone, Im more confident in myself and have a completely different outlook on life. Ive since had all the covid vaccines & 5 piercings with more planned. She works magic & I cant recommend her enough!
