        -1 in my book sorry but I turned up with a picture of the charm that I wanted. The girl showed it to me and it was gift wrapped lovely until my sister opened it on her birthday!! It was not the one that I showed or even what was confirmed needless to say I was extremely embarrassed. I am hoping this will be rectified tomorrow!! Very disappointed
