Mason Neely Counselling and Psychotherapy

I discussed with Mason at the start of our sessions what types of therapy worked for me and what didn't, and he tailored everything to me (including how many times per week we would meet and a few online / video sessions that I thought would be beneficial). I felt instantly comfortable in building a connection with him and he is very easy to talk to. He is clearly a very insightful person and helped me through one of the darkest times of my life. I see our time together as an experience that i'm incredibly grateful for - thank you for everything Mason!

Mason was exactly what I needed at that moment in time. I felt comfortable talking to him about everything on my mind and he helped me a great deal. He not only shows great empathy and understanding, his insights are both powerful and valuable. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Mason is really gifted in creating a space for you to reflect and explore the sometimes complex pathways of past events in a very supportive and authentic way.

Mason is very easy to talk to. He is empathetic and sensitive and our sessions helped me gain confidence in decision making. They also helped me to address issues from my past which have shaped the person I am now. I highly recommend him as a counsellor.

I started seeing Mason when I lost my energy and zest for life. Working with him has enabled me to see clearly the effect of my life experience on relationships with partners. Thanks to Mason I have rediscovered my drive, energy and enjoyment of life. And, thanks to Mason, I am better equipped not to lose my sense of self again. The journey has not been easy but Masons professionalism, expertise and empathy have made it so worthwhile.
