        The wife had excellent service from the manager at Boots, Ella. Had a repeat issue with glasses she bought over 6 months ago. No dramas, exchanged for a different pair and couldn't do enough to make sure she was happy. Excellent customer service.

        Had an eye test on 28/11/22 for contact lenses . I had to go back on the 30/11/22 to get the form's filled in that I had just received from the dvla for my hgv license , boot's opticians were very helpful in filling them in for me , thank you so much for your help

        What wonderful customer service with becca and Joanne. So professional. Nice smile made me feel really comfortable. Really pleased with my glasses .Nice conversation and came out with a smile .wouldn't go anywhere else thankyou girls xxx
