Aideen is very professional, pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, she provides a comfortable and relaxing environment. I suffer with spinal stenosis and treatment from her has given me great relief from the pain, tight muscles and discomfort it causes! Definitely recommended to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Aideen's sports massage, amazing difference after 2 visits. After getting rid of the tension in my neck and shoulders I had the Lomi Lomi massage which is the most relaxing experience I've ever had. You can't help but nod off! It has helped me immensely with my anxiety and I will be returning

I went to see Aideen with what I thought was sciatica pain. Aideen quickly found what the problem was and did her thing. Within the hour I was walking out with next to no pain. I cannot believe the difference! Aideen put me at ease throughout and certainly knows her stuff! Cant recommend her highly enough.

I visited Aideen just this week - don't let her petite size fool you! She really knows her stuff and demonstrated that during the treatment! Identified my issue and went to work! Already booked in again to hopefully sort my issue that's bothered me for years! Would definitely recommend!

Aideen is an amazing masseuse. Fitted me in at the last minute, even though I'd never been before, which was very much appreciated. Had an excellent neck and back massage and feel so much better, physically and emotionally. Next appointment, already booked in. Thank you so much, Aideen. I would highly recommend Aideen.
