Helen is an absolute god send! She is so warm, professional and proficient. She listens perfectly and understands exactly what you need (even when you don't know!) She is patient, kind and her treatments are blissful. Everything is tailor-made to suit you and she always makes you feel comfortable. Cannot recommend her enough. She is currently helping me through my pregnancy and subquent child birth; she is client centered, innovative and creative.

I can't say enough about Helen at Ymlacio Life she helped me immensely when I was training for a half marathon, being in my 40's I was concerned as to whether I would be able to complete the run injury free but Helen reassured me that she had a plan in place, every week I visited her for a sports massage and regular stripping of my muscles, I took on board her valuable advice and after 10 months I finally did the half marathon, I absolutely believe that I would not have done it without Helen's help, I have recommended her to many of my friends and family for different treatments and everyone has given fantastic feedback, Helen makes you feel comfortable and at ease and she has extensive knowledge of treatments, I have known Helen for some time and her dedication and commitment to her work is incredible, she constantly strives to be the best at what she does. I fully recommend her you won't be disappointed.
