Jamie is such a professional from start to finish, from quotation to professional advice his expert knowledge and customer care shine through. Myself and my husband were in despair when a huge retaining wall collapsed at the rear of our house just before the winter months in 2018. We have the mountain behind us and with the threat of this invading our tiered garden and patio areas we were desperately looking for a building company that would happily tackle this uphill terrain. With numerous stepped areas it was going to be a mammoth task including shifting approx. 40 tonnes of material by hand!! Thank goodness we looked up Gabion baskets as a solution and found that Rustic Nation Stonemasons were showing an example of previous work online. The previous reviews and testimonials encouraged us that we may have found the perfect fit for the job. Indeed, without hesitation all was explained to us and within 2 days a written itemised quotation with payment schedule was delivered to us. Work commenced September 26th 2018 and 7 weeks later the areas in the garden had been secured and totally transformed. Besides the stunning gabion baskets this included a new stone patio, new steps and a stunning wall in blue pennant stone to blend everything together. We are so pleased with the results, Jamies communication, dedication and professionalism shone through. Jamie was a constant presence in our garden from start to finish, including delivery management which was a headache in a very narrow street. I would highly recommend Jamie Piper, his fellow worker (Gerard) and Rustic Nation for any future building or restorative work required. Absolutely brilliant!
