        I've been in and out of gyms for a long time and have to say this place is up there with the best I've ever trained at. Never done MMA before but Dino, the others that teach there and even the others that train there full time were all very welcoming even to a complete novice who had never stepped foot through their doors. I took part in 8 weeks of training for a charity Ultra MMA event and learned so much in such a short space of time due to the passion, guidance and professionalism of the class. On fight night I had Dino in my corner giving me guidance and managed to take the win too. If you want somewhere to train MMA or BJJ in Swansea then this is 100% the place to go . Thank you all

        Incredible gym... Passionate trainers... Calm composure at all time.. helpful when ever you need to know something... I've learnt so much at this gym about myself, Jujitsu and MMA. If you want to gain confidence, strength, character and learn new skills in martial arts and self defence this is the place to go
