        Great customer service and great choice of products. Prices are really competitive too. The guys there are really helpful. I had a problem with finding a spark plug and Gareth sorted it in minutes. Definitely use again.

        Got mirrors for a quad which turned out to be wrong ones. I contacted them to see about a return and got no reply. I tried calling them on numerous times but never got an answer. I messaged PayPal about this and was told that quad factors would offer refund when they receive the mirrors back. They are now denying that they received them although I have tracked the mirrors. Never again!!
