I have communicated with this company fully for quite some time yet this man appeared at my door... And added money on at his own will for what seemed like the fun of it.. And certainly was not his job. It was definitely a personal attack and also to line his pockets..... I'm pretty sure I will remember this horrible human being for the rest of my life and as motivated he was to charge me extortionate amounts of money for no apparent reason I will be equally as motivated when complaining about him to excel, police, and the FTC

Tried to take a vehicle and high value contents, not owned by the debtor, from private property and claim it was on a highway. Agent wasnt registered- criminal offence. Agent threatened bankruptcy which isnt possible for a 1500 debt- another criminal offence. Attempted to charge fees amounting 8 times, yes 8 times, more than the fixed fees set by government- another criminal offence. Tried to say they could stop me travelling abroad and put stops on travel visas! Another criminal offence. Agent left empty handed while throwing abuse at the debtor. Great that its all on camera though. Completely unprofessional bullies who routinely break the law. Disgusting behaviour from representatives of the courts.
