Terrible service and blatant liars! sending letters out to my address to collect my house deeds from a previous solicitors they had acquired for a fee. Apparently a lot of money was spent organising the acquired paper work, as informed by the staff in the office, but this was again a blatant lie, as I was handed someone else's deeds with my address on the envelope, clearly they hadn't been looked at! I was also informed that the solictors only accept cash or bank transfer and no card payments, shocking! At present I still have hold of someone else's deeds as they are refusing to give me my money back via their payment method of 'bank transfer' and expect me to go out of my way to collect my cash when I dont live in that area and they are at fault. They have breached the code of confidentiality when it comes to house deeds and personally I wouldn't trust them with any personal data. very unprofessional solicitors. At present their advice is to ask my neighbour for a refund!

They provided the conveyancing and mortgage services for my house purchase perfectly and when asked to expedite due to a bidding war, they did so with no complaints. Can't recommend enough.
