        Emails go unanswered, very slow to answer questions, reception rarely pick up phone calls. Arrogant attitude from someone who is very behind the times. Have gone significantly downhill since being very good with a property sale last year.

        Absolute waste of time. Sarah was supposed to be sorting out the financial side of my divorce. After the initial form, and asking me for 3 months of bank statements, I didnt hear anything else from her. No response to emails or phone calls.
