Bought a new property, left in the dark about when payments were going to be made and on the day of transfer left waiting around for this solicitor to transfer my cash over that they had been holding onto for weeks. Recently tried to get in touch with them about some documentation I require via their info@ email address, heard nothing! Dealing with a difference Solicitor firm instead. Poor communication with customers but efficient paperwork service. In my opinion, avoid. Update 15/04/2023: I tried to get I. Touch with you at the time. Phone, email and post. Why does it take a google review for you people to listen? Avoid.

The best conveyancing solicitors. 10/10! I was lead to believe that the worst part of a sale could end up being your solicitor, those people clearly didn't use Howells. I used Howells for two house purchases, one that fell through and another that completed. Through both they were incredibly helpful and patient. I tend to lean heavy on the emails and phone calls, not once did it appear I was bothering them, they were always patient and helpful to me. Emails and answerphone messages were answered in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. I had most of my interactions with Sara Miles and Georgina Rees who handled my case. They were fantastic and made the long and stressful sale much easier to deal with. If you are lucky enough to get them you will sail through the process. If I ever need legal assistance again, I know who to trust.

Had a very bad experience selling a house, a member of staff was rude over the phone another member called cerys was always on annual leave and so slow and as a result of being very very slow the buyer pulled out after because of the length of time it took. Avoid them.
