Ali's Kebab & Pizza House

I don't even think it deserves 1 star. Ordered food, given an eta of time. When I called for the first time after the eta was missed by 20 minutes, we were told "it was out in delivery" not told when to expect it. Called again 15 minutes later, a full 30 minutes after the latest time the food should have arrived to be told the driver took it to the wrong address and as it had been opened, they would need to do it again and it would be a further 30 minutes, at this point it was nearly 10pm, an hour and 50 minutes after ordering food. I questioned why they hadn't called me earlier to explain this just to be told that the "driver only just told them". Asked for a refund, in fact had to argue for a refund as they kept saying they would give me something for free. FINALLY they got the idea and said I had to go through Just Eat. Avoid this place unless you want your food very very late! Very very disappointed.

literally my fave place atm for food! loads of chicken and tasty too. they even get your request right like sauces or no onions for example so shows they listen. delivery driver is no trouble either and gets to u quickly
