Avoid this company. They are still trading after going into liquidation and don't respond to phone calls any more. Swansea Trading Standards department alerted. We've been waiting for our sash cord windows since July 2017. Request sent by recorded delivery on advice from the CAB to confirm an installation date or to return outstanding monies paid have been ignored.

If only we had looked for reviews for this company before we gave them the job of making the windows and doors on two properties. We waited over a year for the work to be completed, they never answer phone calls or texts the only time you hear from them is when they want more money. Their work shop is so dangerous it's a wonder that nobody has been seriously injured. They have charged VAT but there is no VAT number on their letterheads. They have gone into voluntary liquidation so many times it's about time they were prosecuted. Now we hear that they have laid off the work force and have invested in a pub!!

Avoid this company poor workman ship initially on staircase which they were reluctant to fit. Charged us vat on staircase for new build house which they shouldnt have. Cant get hold of them now, refusing to answer calls and still owe us 1500. Very dodgy company.
