        HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOUVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER THEY DONT GIVE A DAM! OH IF YOU WANNA DOWNGRADE YOU GOTTA PAY 2 SCANDALOUS MONTH BILLS. DOESNT LOOK AFTER LOYAL CUSTOMERS. ACTUALLY CHARGES YOU MORE. GONE WITH SKY ! THANK THE LORD. NEVER AGAIN VIRGIN IS A DISGRACE.

        Account in credit by 288 instead of issuing a refund, 277 was taken out by mistake and now I need to wait 45 days for them to send a check rather than just paying it back in to my account Disgusting customer service

        Worst customer service experience ever. After years of being a customer and having multiple problems with broadband, decided to cancel. It took more than 2 hours on the phone to finally speak to someone to process cancellation. Not at the store but call centre.
