        Ordered expensive blinds and paid 50% deposit, was told they would be 2/3 weeks, however almost 3 months later, no blinds, constantly lied to on the phone, did not phone us back no matter how many times we called, have not offered an explanation or a refund and we have not had to go to the credit card company to get our money back. Shocking service and sad as I have had 3 other sets of curtains and blinds in the past. Never use again or recommend.

        Quite frankly outstanding. I can not recommend this store highly enough! Aside from their vast and superb collection, their customer service is exemplary. I'm a tough customer but nothing was too much trouble. Alison and Louise we're saintly patient. Thankyou
