This company has instructed debt collectors to attempt to extort money from me which was not owed by me to them, after dismissing my complaint despite having a recorded telephone conversation that proved I did not owe any money. After referring this to the FOS and the FOS agreeing with me that no money is owed they have gone awfully quiet... Time for court action

after my policy expired they continued a new policy without being asked to. Im currently being hounded by a debt collection company to pay fees for a service I didnt want. Cheers!!!!
