We stayed in flat 10 - Room 5. Bedding was clean. However walls were much need of a paint and floor was dirty and needed a hoover. The toilet needs a makeover and due to shared accommodation, it smelt very unpleasant. Fire alarm went off at 6am and no one came or contacted us about what to do and the alarm carried on for HOURS! We didn't have to check out until 11am yet we had to leave immediately due to poor service of no one coming to turn the alarm off. When emailing about this issue we received a rude reply stating they would not compensate the fact we didn't have our full stay and offered no help. Would not recommend, felt very unsafe

This place has gone downhill very fast over the past year. The rooms are now full of asylum seekers (some are illegal immigrants), who are unclean, disrespectful and very noisy. It's obvious that Neon 160 have accepted lucrative funds from the government to help house these immigrants. The fact that they are mixing the paying public to live amongst these immigrants is absolutely appalling! I'm never ever staying here again! What an absolute sh*tehole!!! To those who don't believe me, go and see for yourselves!

Dissapointed with overall quality. Handy for town,luckily going to spe d most of our time away from here. Rooms: Basic in the extreme
