        Very disappointed with the customer service. The receptionist was dealing with another customer on the phone so my friend and I waited until she had finished with that phone call. After having given that customer an appointment, she proceeded with a private conversation ( age, school she had attended, etc. ) knowing there were 4 customers in the reception area, 3 of whom were waiting to speak to her! We left as she made no effort to acknowledge us. How very unprofessional! Because of this rude behaviour, we will both take our custom elsewhere. It's a pity as we were keen on trying a few services that BRONLEIGH HOUSE offers. Aug 22nd, 2022, 13:20

        Had breakfast it was a lot bigger than I was expecting and Im not complaining. very attentive service and friendly staff. Will be going again in the evening for dinner.
