I joined Drop Away after seeing an advert on Facebook. Wasn't sure about joining at the time as I was currently doing Slimming World. I decided to join after not seeing the weight come of with other group. I was a silent member who never asked questions or posted anything up as I found it straight forward to follow. I found myself losing 10lbs within the first month. Discovered that their is Drop Away Asian which helped cater for family meals. You have nothing to lose except the weight. Admin are always helpful and respond quickly to any questions.

When you start a diet youre always wondering if its going to work and most of the time you are left to it. No one comes and supports you or there isnt a support forum where they tell you where you are going wrong. With the drop away that was different for me, there was support always readily available and when going off plan they tell you where you are going wrong and help you get back on track. I was very pleased with my weight loss and was extremely pleased with support that was given to me especially by Shazia.

I have used the drop away asian products , the results are amazing, I lost half a stone under 3weeks after following a diet plan. I will be purchasing again as drop away asian plans include eating normal food what we eat everyday cooked healthy way as they provide recipes.

I regularly take boost to help me manage my hectic lifestyle. I am anaemic and struggle to keep going throughout the day and find that boost is just 'the boost' i need to keep going. I would definitely reccomend thsi product.
