        I was given Spencers name by a neighbour and then found him online he has done a few jobs in my garden including replacing some damaged paving slabs, he also removed all the moss from my lawns and re-seeded them he also did some painting outside. He was ontime each day he was hear and came in on budget he was also a very tidy worker. I am very happy with his work and have already booked him to do some decorating indoors Services: General repairs, Painting

        I have now had a number of jobs done know with Banks And Son Property Maintenance and can say that I am very pleased with all the jobs, Spencer knows his stuff and he has come in under quote a couple of times now. The following are just a few of the jobs he's done for me. Tiling , Flat packs , Decorating , Gardening . He has also done work for a couple of my neighbours now and as far as I know they must be happy with his work because they keep calling him back for new jobs.
