My first trip there I chose champagne toner but the stylists put in icy toner without even discussing it with me as they deemed this to be the solution to get rid of the yellow tones which is what I had come in for. I queried what colour they put in when my hair was too silver for my liking and they admitted they had decided to go with icy instead of champagne. I voiced my dislike of the colour and was told to go home and think on it. I said I really hated it and would be happy to pay extra but can they just do what I asked for and what we had discussed. They washed out the icy and put in the champagne. Stupidly went again and when the stylist started putting foils in I reminded her I did NOT want my roots to show and she said she'd put peroxide on my baby hairs and roots. I had messaged the hair dresser prior to making the appointment as well to clarify I wanted my roots covered. I was charged 58 pounds for something that barely looks different. I Facebook messaged the company but had no response, explanation, apology. Worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon

I haven't been here but my wife has her hair done here and she is very happy with the service she gets
