If I could give 0 stars i would! 5 weeks ago I went to get my hair cut and coloured at BLISS UNISEX hair salon in Cilma , my appointment was with the owner RHIA COLE ( can't tag her as she has blocked me). My hair was coloured by a 15 year year old and cut by rhia, colour was fine and cut seemed fine until I got home and went to straighten my hair and only then noticed a huge chunk had been cut out of the back of my hair. I contacted rhia who appeared shocked and offered to fix hair if she could free of charge. She had just cut a huge chunk out so I didn't want her to ever go near my hair again. I went to another hair dressers who couldn't belive that a hairdresser could accidentally make such a mistake and also not even tell me as the chunk was huge and you couldn't miss it when styling. Anyways new hairdressers said I needed extentions and a colour to match it all and including fitting would cost 160. In the meantime rhia did refund me for the original haircut that she had ruined my hair with... and seemed genuine that she would cover the cost of fixing my hair and agreed by messages that she would pay the 160 for another hair dressers fix my hair. Weeks later then when I sent her the bill she sent me abuse and told me to take her to court as she wasnt paying anything. She then blocked me on Facebook. I didnt want to go take this route but She has had 6 weeks to do something and hasn't. So just as a warning to others , if you like your hair stay away from Bliss hair and rhia Cole. And if you do see this Rhia Cole (pic below of her) I will see you in court.
