Sheryl is absolutely amazing. She listens to exactly what you want and will advise you honestly on whether or not it's achievable. She does her best to give you what you ask for whilst still maintaining your hair's health as a top priority. She is friendly and always goes the extra mile. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and cosy. She does an incredible job every single time, consistent quality and results. Her prices are fantastic too. I will never trust anyone else with my hair. I have been to other hair dressers in the area and I will not go to them again. Total waste of money and terrible customer care and results in comparison. I have never had a bad experience here and will never go elsewhere (even in an emergency). She is definitely the best in the area and the best stylist I've had in South Wales.
