Excellent company to deal with, purchased several items over the last 6 years and all better priced than elsewhere with next day delivery. Customer service is a pleasure to deal with, all very polite and friendly. Not a generator shop! Mail order business trading off backorders so be very wary about what they claim in in stock!

I recently received notice that due to a power grid upgrade I would be experiencing persistent power cuts in the next few days. After phoning several suppliers who couldn't help me; Generators Direct came up trumps. Their friendly staff went out of their way to contact the manufacturer directly and pulled strings to arrange an overnight delivery. The generator arrived the very next day!

First class service and lovely people to talk to... I ordered a Champion 92001i last week off the website which I needed for the weekend, unfortunately the order system didn't register properly so it didn't arrive next day. A quick call to them and they immediately organised an AM delivery for Friday morning so that I had it in time to go away in the camper. (Thank you Riann) Great service I highly recommend them and will be telling anyone who asks about a generator in the camper van community to give these guys a call first Oh and the Champion Mighty Atom was spot on, started first pull and powered everything we had (even boiled the kettle and run the microwave while charging the leisure battery at the same time)
