I ordered 3 X 15kg Calor bottles in mid-December, it is now 9th January and still no sign of my gas! 3 times I was given a delivery date and 3 times they failed to deliver. This morning I rang and asked them why the delivery I was promised for last Saturday (7th Jan) didn't turn up, they apologised and told me that they would 100% guarantee (their exact words) that I would receive my delivery, they failed again!!! I called again just before they closed and was told that the driver had called in sick, I reminded them that they told me I would "100% guaranteed" receive my gas today but he just replied with the same lame excuses. I have now asked to speak to someone in charge to make a complaint, he told me that nobody was available and a callback would be arranged. Absolutely preposterous way of running a business!

Only one star because i couldnt give none. Received message to say they were going to deliver gas next day. However, asi didnt require any I tried to ring to stop the delivery. After being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to press 1 to choose call back by close of play. Didnt get call back so delivery turned up next morning - explained to driver who went away after taking tank No and noting refused delivery.So bit of a surprise today when I get another message telling me Im going get a delivery tomorrow. Tried ringing and joined queue. Decided not to go for call back option as that didnt happen last time. This time I was just cut off after 35 minutes. So will have to turn driver away. Might be an idea to employ more people to answer the telephone if you are getting an unprecedented number of calls.

Awful company, failed to complete the delivery we pay for and now only allow us to collect the gas we pay for with delivery and a strict time. And then make us wait when we are on time.

Customer service is very poor in that you are left waiting for someone to answer your phone enquiries, not responding to emails. If this continues then we will change our supplier due to the fact that we are running out of gas
