Absolutely outstanding service. From the first phone call to the actual installation of the gas Francino duel fuel machine and gas cert. Both Barrie and Jo have gone above and beyond to help me and get my caterpod ready to start working. Cannot recommend enough!!

Mobile caterers beware!! Ive used BVL for repairs and my gas certs for the past 18 months. Since January this year Ive had a few issues with their work, culminating in a gas leak we were unaware of and eventually a fire. All this after my annual gas safety inspection. To cut a long story short (but feel free to message me for more info) Ive just had the gas safety inspectors out who have highlighted another separate gas leak resulting in the capping off and closing down of one of my griddles. This griddle was last serviced and certified by BVL at the end of March. My catering trailer is static so there is no daily movement. Ive tried to get certain issues fixed since March, unaware I had 2 gas leaks after my annual inspection, but all I had was a abrupt and defensive email back from BVL. I wasnt going to argue with them over weeks and months with no resolution so I booked a different Engeneer to look over my equipmentwhilst waiting we had the fire! I would say if youve had BVL out to do any work on your trailer you need to get it checked over as this investigation is ongoing. The gas leaks and fire are the tip of the iceberg hereI still have a fryer that doesnt work after 3 visits and a griddle that has no gas control!
