        After multiple calls outs from another local firm, our boiler was left unfixed and us without hot water for a couple of weeks. CA Jones came out, diagnosed the fault, fitted the replacement part the next day and all sorted. Fantastic service, really grateful to their engineers. (HomeServe boiler cover so unsure of cost for private call outs)
