The personal approach by Tom and Alan throughout the discussions about Mums funeral were exceptional. They catered for al the needs we expressed. Providing the Order of Service was particularly helpful. Being able to contact them personally easily by phone etc was very useful. I would recommend their derbies to anyone

The professional and caring approach shown by Alan and his team were much appreciated when they conducted my Aunt's funeral 3 years ago. So when my uncle died in August this year we had no hesitation in returning to them as we were certain to get the same service. At a very difficult time they ensured every detail was taken care of.
