A very welcoming and personable director who definitely adds the personal touch. Kind and considerate of others and really goes the extra mile to ensure your needs are met and often exceeded. Clive allows you to choose everything to suit your requirements and hell personally ensure that its 100% perfect on the day. Its lovely to see a local, family run business reaping the rewards whilst ensuring a professional and high quality of work throughout. I highly recommend Clive, he makes a very difficult time that little bit easier.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Laura Crawley. 2 months ago my mother lost her brother and I lost my uncle very suddenly which was and still is a massive shock to the whole family. As next of kin my mum had to arrange his funeral which neither of us had done before. We visited a number of funeral directors. Both of us had chosen Clive Harris Funeral Directors. He is undoubtedly the most professional, understanding, respectful and above all the most compassionate funeral director. The advice and service we received from him and his staff was second to none, he took away a huge amount of worry and stress from us by handing all the arrangements, so we could grieve. My mum has even told me that when she passes away she wants Clive Harris to arrange her funeral.

We are just so grateful to God for directing us to Clive. Having no knowledge of Swansea we went with our collective gut instincts and chose Clive Harris from the website. From our first contact with Clive - friendly, professional and considerate, he dealt with concerns before we realised that they existed. He took the trouble to collect the paperwork from the Registrars Office so that we didn't have to and delivered our brother to us at the hotel we were staying at before his final journey home. In between he helped organise a fitting tribute and service for our Hughie with every detail receiving his personal care and the touch of a man who clearly treats his clients with the utmost respect. Hughie has now gone home in a fine casket, to rest with his mum and dad. Thank you Clive for helping us through and making a sad occasion more than bearable, Phil and Barbara Brierley
