Bay Tree Florists

This is my favourite florist by far. They prepared an absolutely beautiful flower for my father's funeral at short notice. I was so impressed by their arrangement and range of flowers used! May we use Bay Tree florists for a much happier occasion in future!

flowers ordered did not arrive..despite a phone call notifying the shop.only to be told they had been delivered at 9.15am. the spoiling the surprise and told they had not arrived so e mailed the shop to cancel the card..then the shop admitted the driver delivered to the wrong address and a new bouquet would be delivered and a box of chocolates to apologise for the error.....the surprise bouquet did arrive a day late but no chocolates,,same driver no doubt.

We ordered a casket spray of roses and freesias. They were magnificent. Brightened up a sad day. Bay tree offered a wonderful service and punctual delivery. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.
