Ordered an autumnal bouquet online this morning. They were delivered within 2 hours! The colours were amazing and the flowers were so fresh. Great value for money, very efficient service. Will definitely be using again, thank you x

I would highly recommend purchasing your flowers elsewhere, the lack of regard and empathy for customers is shocking. Purchased flowers in February for 45 for a funeral, and upon another funeral this month we decided to purchase a 90 spray instead of a 45 spray. The flowers in February were of lovely quality, however the flowers we received were the same size as the 45 flowers, but the flowers were as if they were from the middle isle of lidl compared to februarys. They werent any bigger and summed to maybe two bouquets from tesco (probably would have got more from the bouquets). Upon contacting Just Jennys to question why this was the case, we were told that they did give us the correct flowers when it was blatantly obvious they didnt. Just Jennys even tried to say that they provided us with a larger flower arrangement in February like we were idiots, showing just how little there regard for customers is. Furthermore, products provided in February have no relation to a purchase in July, nor should we be penalised for this. Simply we did not order the product received. Looking at the listing, the flowers on the sight looked as if they were from chelsea flower show, however this was far from the case. Just Jennys told us they would not be refunding the 45, then have ignored us since. The entire extended family ordered flowers from here, yet the lack of regard or empathy in our time of greiving was simply shocking. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!
