        Booked for a hen-do and received reassuring email saying "all confirmed, now sit back and relax". It was anything but; butler didn't arrive and when we called the service we were told "he might turn up, he might not" and "I don't even know who is booked for you"... Leaving us to find a last minute butler... All while keeping it a surprise from the bride-to-be. AVOID if you want the butler to turn up!

        ALL OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Do not recommend as they took out deposit and didn't turn up, completely ruined the night as we had booked them for a surprise 30TH refused to give our deposits back

        Fantastic service from start to finish. Booking was really easy and the office were very helpful and accommodating. The butler was fab, he participated in all our games and was so much fun. He was very polite too. Would definitely book this service for another event if required. 100% ***** from me and the rest of the girls!
