After waiting over 3 weeks for them to come out to do the job, 2 men arrived not having a clue what they were here to do as they werent the men who did our quotation. After an hour and a half of banging and drilling I was told to come and speak to their boss on the phone (person who did our quotation) he told me that he was pulling his boys from the job as apparently they needed our kitchen to be pulled out. We were told by the boss over text message and email that he was doing the half of the work wed been quoted for before our kitchen was pulled out and then returning when the kitchen had been removed. He denied this even though we have the text messages. Just left with a dirty floor now. Hardly an explanation provided to why he said one thing and then done another. I was just hit with the iconic sorry youve misunderstood. Thank you for delaying the work to our house again.
