        Asked him to do a job. He quoted over the phone. Said he'd be there either next day or day after and would phone first. Supplied the goods did the job cheaper than quoted.. Excellent interaction with my mother and sister. No sharp intakes of breath just straight to the point and done. Can't fault this chap he was excellent and I would recommend without hesitation.
