        Staff really now Thier stuff. I get the feeling that they are all electricians, how else could they be able to explain products? I carry out basic electric upgrades/repairs, I would not go anywhere else for parts. Even if I ask for a rare item.... they will have it !!! Definitely cheaper than online companies.
