So helpful. Gave great advice on how to access Italian freesat channels. Prompt delivery of decoder box and great help over the phone to setup the box once delivered.

Terrible service. After receiving the box, called Andy to set up the channels. It did not work. He asked me to send a photo of the dish which I did. Since then he has not replied to any emails, messages. Very disappointing. I am sanding the box back for a refund

I made a enquiry about a new sat decoder, Andy replied that the one i was thinking about would be a direct replacement for my defunct decoder. there was no pressure Andy even offered to look my old defunct one. I decided i was due a new one I spoke to andy he said the new one would be with me the next day (it was 1600 hrs now). the next day (8-30) it arrived, text Andy that i would like help setting it up arranged a time 20 mns later all setup, AMAZING SERVICE J Riley

Stay away if you don't want to waste time and lose money.My wife placed an order for 255 and ordered a Digiquest tivusat satellity receiver with next day delivery om 22.12.2021.She tried to speak to Andy by phone and email.Andy blamed DPD that did not collect the parcel on Christmas.However, we received the orders delivered from DPD and placed on 27.12.2021 from other shops. Absolutely disgusting customer service.I will need to contact my bank and have a look on the citizen advice website.
