        I've been trying to book an appointment for my daughter and reception advised me I need to call at 8 am on the day. I've been trying to call since 8 am lines were busy for at least half an hour. When I finally got through to be added to a waiting line, after waiting for about 1 hr the lady answered and said there are no appointments left today and I need to call again tomorrow at 8 am and repeat it all again and there may be no appointments available. Why make people to stay on the line so long then? Just change a message that no appointments left for today. Such a bad service and such a waste of peoples time

        Tried to phone today as advised. After busy line many times got a voice told me 17 in front of me. Held on til it said 8 in front of me then line went dead. Phoned again told 17 in front of me after 4 minutes line went dead. Tried again said 17 in front of me and gave up cos all appts are prob gone. You need to sort your phone lines out as it's not working properly.
