I find all the staff helpful and when I contact them. If I need to see a GP this has not been a problem.. I wish it was the same process as before covid unfortunately that will never happen due to the constant pressures the NHS is under. Perhaps we could be patient with the staff working under the same pressure

if I could give them no stars I would I have been left without my antidepressants over Christmas and other items plus I have mental health issues and haven't had my antipsychotic tablets for over 8 weeks. my psychiatrist is phoning me on the 29th and he's my only hope now to fix me

Absolute disgrace. Staff team should be sacked and replaced. Reception staff lazy and poorly trained, with terrible attitudes.

I had my son at 17 and have been trying to get contraception sorted since he was born and every time Ive rung to try and sort it out Im told Ive rung to late and to ring tomorrow. Then when I ring the next day they never answer early enough so when I keep ringing them and someone finally answers they tell me again that Ive rung to late! Its ridiculous Im 18 years old and cannot afford to have another baby and the doctors who are meant to help are just causing me more and more stress if your a young mother and needing support I would definitely not recommend this doctor because they are useless
