        I cant speak highly enough of the surgery in Killay. Weve been with them for 25 years.I usually use Killay, but sometimes go to Sketty. I think theyre an excellent practise. At least you can speak to a Dr if you ring in the morning. Not all surgeries provide this service. If Ive forgotten to order a prescription, and need the medication, i can ring and have it the same day. The staff are very helpful. I think we should be very grateful to have 2 surgeries close to home. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

        Cant book an appointment. You need to take your chance on the day, hoping they have availability. Essentially means endless daily calling in the hopes youd receive the service that you pay tax for.

        Went to register as a new patient a few months ago. The lady receptionist was so rude and abrupt when I returned with my completed forms that I walked out and went elsewhere!
