This place has become ridiculous. Getting an appointment to speak to a doctor is close to impossible. Its like a lottery trying to get through on the phone in the morning and unless you are willing to dedicate an hour or more to it each morning for a week, you have no chance. Im sure once you get to a doctor the service is top notch but in the last three months I have failed consistently to get any sort of appointment. I have spoken multiple times to receptionists but I am always too late to get an appointment unless I say its an emergency. Well, it isnt, but it is going to get that way. An absolute shambles in terms of organisation. Its embarrassing.

Absolute joke, make you sit on the phone for over an hour to get an appointment, then tell you it's fully booked for the day, all before 10am. No questions about your ailment to determine if its important or warrants seeing somebody, just 'computer says no' Receptionist must be buzzing only having to work from 8:30 - 10am everyday.
