West Cross Lane Medical Centre

In the past this doctors has been great, today a total fail, fail, fail. I understand its a very difficult situation at the moment, Whilst moving a washing machine I fell on my ribs on Monday, I was winded and have been really sore. Today Wednesday I picked my daughters up from school and was in so much pain so as we were near the doctors I though I would try and get scene. I was told by the receptionist that I should go away phone St Thomas and then come back, I asked were there doctors on site, there were but I could see them, I said how about a nurse I was told no phone the Doctors or go to A&E I B was not going to do this, I went home and twisted badly and passed out in pain in front of my kids. Complete failure on behalf of the Doctors (well receptionists ) I explain Im vaccinated and no covid symptoms and I pretty much alone all the time. Patient care 0 Gatekeeper to hell 1

Local Doctors Surgery to the right of building adjoining Well Pharmacy. Made up of group of GPs and district nurses. Car parking facilities.
