        Far too difficult to get an appointment on most occasions. When you get an appt the staff are generally excellent but it's too difficult when you really need to see a doctor.

        Never really had issues with the surgery until the last year or so. Spend days trying to get through. Constantly on hold and then getting cut off 20-30 minutes into any call. Even tried messaging the practice through their site so Im not clogging up the phone line but that doesnt get answered either. My wife is in a different surgery and the experience there is the total opposite. She gets a response for a start. Once this latest issue is resolved (if it is ever sorted) I will be looking to move
