        I love this store the shop staff are amazing And always so friendly. Lots of amazing good products sparks card is brilliant.

        found it impossible to book a shopping slot instore. Telephone number given was out of order so rang another number. It was like speaking to someone from another planet. Don't expect this kind of service from Marks and Spencer. It was a nightmare. Ive given up. Given one star as I cannot proceed otherwise, they don't deserve this.

        Asked for help to a female blonde assistant 31/10/22 . And was responded with what do you want found that very rude and off putting . I also paid in cash at the till , the cashier seemed frustrated that I had cash . Not my best experience tbh . Shop was very well stocked but there was a few let down , above as well as no stuffing balls .
