      • MISS MESSI

        was part of this dentist until i was 16, and as soon as i got my braces removed for some reason they stopped contacting me on my yearly check up. so i call them asking when is my next check up and they say 'oh you didn't reply to a letter we sent so took you off the books, i'm like wth i didn't receive any letters. then im like add me back on. they like sorry we are fully booked. you will have to be added to a waiting list, and its been 5 years and i'm still on this magic list which im never called upon and everytime i go in they tell me they put my name on the top on the list. and it wasn't just me. they took my whole family off the books

        Visited the friendly practice today and was examined by Tesni. She is brilliant! Everything was explained in detail so I could confidently decide on treatment. A really professional but relaxed environment. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family!
