I've always had terrible experiences with dentists, painful and unkind every time so due to depression and anxiety I didn't go to dentist for years. I've come here for a consult and it was such a comfortable experience from the start, having my fillings and injections done which was my biggest phobia - I can't stress enough how much I recommend this place. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. All staff are lovely and non judgemental, the kind of experience I had here where for first time in my life i can say I WANT to come back for check ups. Worth every pound, I can't thank this place enough

To anyone who is looking for dental care and is considering Brynhyfryd Dental, look no further. I have been a patient at Brynhyfryd Dental since 2019. I initially enquired about Smilelign treatment at this practice. I researched and contacted many practices who offer similar treatments in Swansea, but with Brynyfryd Dental the process was very simple and they explained everything very clearly. They instantly made me feel at home from the consultation. I have now completed my smilelign treatment, however, they were so patient throughout! If a stuborn tooth was taking longer than expected, they were very understanding and were never keen to rush my treatment. Brynhyfryd Dental were outstanding during the Covid19 pandemic, they went above and beyond to ensure my treatment could continue by delivering my aligners to my home address. Since finishing my smilelign treatment, I have also had other treatments including teeth whitening and I am so glad I have found this practice. I now receive lots of compliments (mask free) about my teeth and it's all thanks to the care from Brynhyfryd Dental. No job is ever to much, they are always happy to help or recommend the best solutions for me, making the care person centred. I always had a fear & anxiety regarding something going wrong with my teeth, but I no longer feel like this after being a patient of this practice as I know they will always provide the best care. I cannot recommend Gareth and his team enough. Nicola and Alice are always very welcomming too. Thank you x

I would highly recommend Gareth and his team who I found welcoming and reassuring. I was dreading my first root canal after hearing other peoples experiences, and everyone seems to love to share the "gory" bits. I needn't have worried ! Gareth explained everything to me step by step and was happy to answer any questions I had. After what is always described as the worst part ( i.e. the numbing injection ) I knew I was in safe hands and could relax, I literally didn't feel a thing.The treatment was administered painlessly and comfortably, and at no time did I feel I needed to raise my hand for a rest. I did not expect to be describing my dental visit as a fantastic experience but it was, and I have no more fear about returning for treatment in the future. Many thanks to Gareth and Abby for the care and support that was given to me and for saving my tooth.
