        Been with this practice for many years,tried phoning them for appointment and they have refused me treatment saying that cos I haven't been since 2015 I'm no longer on their system,what a joke,last appointment was before COVID which they refused , very rude on the phone ,be aware.

        ive been with this practice for over 20 years. today I called for an emergency appointment . Was greeted by a warning threat of expulsion if I'm not courteous to the receptionist? then was told I had no chance of an appointment. even when I explained how urgently I needed to be seen. was advised to call back next month....very disappointed and annoyed .

        Girlfriend very happy with new teeth. Mr Kumar did a great job and she can now smile again with confidence. All staff always courteous despite working under extreme COVID restrictions. A good dental practice who look after their patients. Carry on the good work.

        Of the 120 times Ive tried calling to make an appointment today, 119 times it has said user busy and the 1 time I had any sort of dial tone, I was on hold for over an hour without speaking to anyone!!!!!
