Great idea and wanted to support a local business. However the food I ordered was disgraceful and had to be thrown in the bin. The restaurant wouldn't answer the phone.Not a fault of the app I know But what is a fault of the app is it's very very difficult to contact them about a refund and then when you do find a contact then they do not respond. So even though it's a great idea...I prefer to use just eat or deliver for the fact that if the order is incomplete or just disgusting. At least you have some back up. Unfortunately with Swansea Eats they don't bother responding to bad customer service

But what is a fault of the app is it's very very difficult to contact them about a refund and then when you do find a contact then they do not respond.
