Came here today as a nice change with my family now I wish I had never bothered , coffee was barley passable and was made by a Christmas temp who had no clue what she was doing in the first place as she messed up our order and then because we complained about this we then got served quite Rudely and were being belittled by the member of staff at the till who we later found out was the member of staffs granddaughter. I don't come to any cafe to be spoken to and be belittled like I have been today . Myself and my family were quite upset with this matter and will not be returning here any time soon !

Unable to speak to the local store. Any other option was not appropriate. Already been in store this morning and till not able to accept a valid gift card. I won't try to spend in that store again while I was there 3assistants attempted to sort out a difficulty on the till. One other lady walked out of the queue and put her proposed purchase back. They lost a sale from me too. Fortunately my card can be used in other, hopefully ,ore efficient stores.
